Nexus Interiors are a commercial and retail interior design and installation company. They came to Glass Slipper Interactive with the objective of creating a portfolio web site that would be different from their competitors and would showcase their stunning interior design and fitting work.
As SEO was not a primary objective for Nexus (the site is used to aid in the sales process) we decided that Flash was the most appropriate technology to use.
We set about building a custom made flash application. The application uses simple XML files to hold the content so that Nexus can easily update the site with new images. The navigation system is simple yet stylish. The images gracefully load, fade in and transition between each other providing a smooth user experience.
