CCA at Home is a sub site/brand of CCA International. It was setup to help promote the Virtual Call Centre model and manage the recruitment process for virtual home working online.
Glass Slipper Interactive created a bespoke web site design that also ties in with the look and feel of the International Site.
As well as the design aspects of the site, we developed a number of dynamic elemets :
The majority of the development time on this project was in creating a bespoke online recruitment management system. The
system basically tracks a canditate through the process from initial application, watching online media, taking online tests
and finally downloading starter packs.
In providing this system we had to interface to a number of third party systems and track various actions of the user. Full backup management screen was developed for the easy administration of the system.
